Relaxing massage session using warm oil direct from India where the Sanskrit word Ayurveda (“science of life”) refers to traditional Indian medicine, covering the whole body in strokes and sweeping movements which relax and circulate energy.

During the treatment, a towel or sarong permanently covers parts of the body not massaged (the body tempeture goes down while the massage takes place, it is important to keep warm).


IN PRACTICE
Individual treatments are administered in “L’institut by Thermes de Spa”. The bathrobe is made available.

For this treatment, the product range from Sothys is used.


PRECAUTION
Essential scented oils will not be used for pregnant women. They will be replaced by a neutral oil.
