It is performed dressed, without oil or massage cream.

It can have calming/relaxing effects or invigorating/stimulating ones.

It eliminates muscular tension and stress.


IN PRACTICE
Individual treatments are administered in “L’institut by Thermes de Spa”. The bathrobe is made available. For this treatment, the product range from Sothys is used.

PRECAUTION
Essential scented oils will not be used for pregnant women. They will be replaced by a neutral oil.
