Shiatsu (Shi = finger, Atsu = pressure) is a massage technique of Japanese origin derived from Chinese medicine.


EFFECTS
They can be twofold : psychological and physical.
Sometimes energizing or relaxing, it optimizes the well-being and muscle relaxation while accentuating tone.

IN PRACTICE
Individual treatments are administered in “L’institut by Thermes de Spa”.
Bathrobe is provided.
